1. Open Netscape. At the top left of your screen click on "Edit" then select "Preferences."
2. On the new window, scroll to the bottom and select "Advanced" then "Proxies," (picture C).
4. Now select "Manual proxy configuration"
5. Now fill in the number for each proxy and port.They will all be the same numbers.
HTTP: Proxy: 69.39.100.2 Port: 8080
Security: Proxy: 69.39.100.2 Port: 8080
FTP: Proxy: 69.39.100.2 Port: 8080
6. Click "OK" when finished and close open windows.
