- December 27, 2004 This morning customers who utilize our
Clary Hill and Tommy's Island wireless systems are having trouble.
Tommy's Island is working fine now. Clary Hill is scheduled to be
repaired tomorrow due to the danger of working at heights in high winds.
- December 16, 2004 A problem starting at around 10am, and
affecting wireless customers, has been fixed as of 10:17am.
- December 14, 2004 This morning customers who utilize our
Tommy's Island wireless system are having trouble. This seems to be a
problem on the island that we will be working on today. This was fixed
at about 12:30pm by replacing a radio on the island.
- December 13, 2004 Noon: Customers utilizing our Clary Hill
wireless system had trouble this morning. We have just finished
replacing the equipment there. Everything should function properly now.
- December 8, 2004 Some people are having trouble downloading
email. There are no errors being reported on our servers. Customers with
this problem have had success in temporarily disabling either XP's SP2
firewall or Norton Antivirus's incoming mail scan. We don't see any
problems with our servers or systems here. Symantec has admitted a problem like this with their Norton Antivirus 2004
software.
- December 6, 2004 4:15pm The server for downtown Camden
wireless has been rebooted to correct a speed issue and this caused an
outage for about 2 minutes.
- December 6, 2004 3:04pm. We have a Content Filtering
service available for MIS customers. Click here to
learn more about the service and how to enable it.
- December 6, 2004 2:00pm. SpamAssassin software and
antispam rules were upgraded on the lincoln.midcoast.com
email system today. This should improve identification of junk email.
- December 3, 2004 2:00pm. SpamAssassin software and
antispam rules were upgraded on the kona.midcoast.com/free.midcoast.com
email system today. This should improve identification of junk email.
